My 18-year journey in healthcare commenced at the bedside in inpatient physical therapy and has significantly evolved into a robust leadership role. I possess a deep understanding of the unique challenges and complexities faced by home care agencies, from achieving quality measures to delivering exceptional patient-centered services.

As an innovative leader, I have pioneered groundbreaking programs such as Virtual Reality for hospice patients, Equine Therapy for grief, and community-based palliative care for the chronically ill. My leadership style combines entrepreneurial vision with strong relationship-building skills, and I am focused on developing and implementing impactful services that address the diverse needs of our communities.

In April 2020, my life was dramatically transformed when I suffered a brain aneurysm while paddle boarding, resulting in a seven-day ICU stay amid the COVID-19 pandemic. I made a remarkable recovery without any lasting deficits, and this experience has instilled in me a profound appreciation for life.

I now approach each moment with presence, gratitude, and a determined commitment to express to my loved ones their invaluable significance in my life. My career has been devoted to palliative and hospice medicine.
